Alex Campos, M.S., BCBA., Ph.D., owner of Campos and Campos Behavior Therapy LLC completed his high school in Christopher Columbus in the City of Miami. Since high school he knew that he wanted to work in the field of education. This is when he decided to go work at the prestigious Alexander school Montessori. At the same time, he pursued his teaching degree in special education. After completing his bachelor’s degree, he went to work as a special education teacher for Miami Dade County Public Schools. During this same time, he began working with a state program called Supplemental Educational Services (SES) to provide free tutoring one on one for children of all ages for population in inner cities. A few years later, he decided he wanted to go back to school to pursue his master’s degree in psychology. He graduated in 2018 and began working with children who had autism and other disorders, providing services one on one in home. At this time, he holds a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license and a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
